It was like coming home.... We were treated great. Kaitlin was AMAZING! She made sure our needs were met. Our daughter absolutely LOVED her and Kaitlin took time each day to chat with her and us and was ever so helpful with us as we navigated our time in town. She knew the ins and outs. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and a great location that met all our needs. She and the staff were so kind and courteous. We will be back! Thank you so much, Kaitlin, because of you, we will be back! Clean, well-furnished room, with a comfortable bed. Also, the location was convenient to the freeway and many restaurants & shopping options. The room I reserved wasn't ready at the time I checked in, even though it was after 4:00 pm, so the manager told the desk clerk to upgrade me to another room so I wouldn't have to wait. Very considerate & professional!

VERY COMFORTABLE AND QUIET STAY. EVERYTHING WAS NEAT AND VERY CLEAN. I TRAVELED ALONE WITH MY 2 GIRLS AND I FELT SAFE IN THE LOCATION. NO NOISY NEIGHBORS. DID NOT GET TO TRY THE BREAKFAST OR COFFEE BUT LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK AND TRYING IT OUT NEXT TIME AROUND.

I love staying here! The manager was so kind to my child and our support dogs. She went out of her way to see if we needed anything, what she could do to make our visit more fun. I really enjoyed our stay and my daughter was smitten with the whole experience! Thank you so much!

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and professional. I accidentally left my laptop cord in the room and called about 10 hours later, and the staff found it and saved it for me at the front desk until I was able to pick it up several days later.
